+* doc/doc.am (doc/webpage.ps, doc/webpage.html): Update and parallelize
+  target dependencies.  Resolve race by requiring "grn" and "soelim" to
+  be built first.  Also add dependency on `$(TMAC_PACKAGE_MS)`.
